Mt. Shasta Ski Park

Come enjoy the superb snow at Mt. Shasta Ski Park by participating in Ski School, Cross Country Skiing or recreational skiing. During the winter season you will find a variety of daily specials along with reasonable ski packages.

Castle Crags (State Park)

Castle Crags State Park is located in the forest-covered mountains just north of the Sacramento Valley. It features soaring spires of ancient granite and includes about two miles of the cool, quick-running upper Sacramento River. Surrounded by primitive back country, the park is six miles south of Dunsmuir and about twenty-five miles north of Lake Shasta on Interstate 5. You will find yourself enjoying activities such as camping and picnicking, fishing, horse rides, and a variety of trails.

Golf Courses

Weed Golf Club is just one of the many golf courses in the area. Open to the public, so come join the beautiful fairways and greens, challenging golf shots and clubhouse.
